Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Androlearn.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refund and cancellation. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with ss.

1.    Interpretation and Definitions:

a.    Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

b.    Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund and Cancellation Policy:

·     Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Andromeida Maritime Solutions Private Limited, A-4, Vindhyachal Marg, Noida-201314.


·        Goods refer to the courses /quizzes offered for sale/subscription on the service.


·      Special Goods refer to the workshops, quizzes and any other offering considered to be under special good category by the company offered on sale/subscription-based service.


·       Dashboard refer to the password protected exclusive personal work space accessible to the user after creating a sign-up on the app. Goods are stored in this space.


·         Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.


·         Service refers to the Website.


·         Credits refer to the personalized payment and purchase system made for the exclusive use within Androlearn only. 


·     Website/App/Web-app refers to Androlearn, accessible from https://androlearn.com, a product by Andromeida Maritime Solutions Private Limited


·       You (referred to as “Purchaser”/”Your”) mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


2.    Your Order Cancellation Rights


a.   You are entitled to cancel your order within 1 day of purchase date without giving any reason for doing so.

b.   The deadline for cancelling an order is before completion of 1 day from the date on which you received the Goods in your dashboard.

c.     In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision in prior, on exceeding 1 day, by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

d.    We will refund you through account transfer or credits, no later than 25 days from the day on which we receive your request through mail for cancellation. We may use the same means of payment as you used for the order or, we may opt to make the payment through our custom credit system. You will not incur any fees for such refund. The full and final decision regarding refund and means of payment is at the sole discretion of the company.


3.    Conditions for Refund


a.    In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

·      The Goods were purchased on the same day of refund

·      The Goods must have a receipt or proof of purchase governed by the tracking id provided on your dashboard of the App.

·      The goods are not being viewed, utilized or accessed for any purpose, whatsoever through operating dashboard by the purchaser or any other person or entity (registered on Androlearn or legally elsewhere/non-registered/living/non-living) directly concerned with the purchaser.


b.    The following Special Goods cannot be refunded:

·      The supply of Special Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized by the company under its continuous programs offering.

·      The supply of Special Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be refunded, at sole discretion of the company.

·      We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any goods or special goods that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion.

·      Only regular priced goods may be requested for a refund. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.


4.    Returning Goods


·      You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods, back to the company. You should send the request email to return goods at the following address with subject line “Ref: Tracking ID <space> Username (as on website/App) <space> ‘Request to Return <space> Invoice No.”:

·      We cannot be held responsible in any way for the quality of goods on the app before, after or while processing the refund shipment request within dashboard of the purchaser. Therefore, we recommend use of the aforesaid mail service for processing request of refund. We will be unable, in any case, to issue a refund without actual receipt of the mail along with proof of purchase while processing the purchaser’s request, in the aforesaid format, as mentioned in term 4 of this document.

 

5.    Referral Points


a.    If the Goods were purchased through partial use of referral points, then, you may receive the credit value through and as referral points, back to your dashboard, if deemed fit by the company, at the time of processing the refund request. 

b.    Once the internal processing for accepting the refund is completed, a mail regarding the further steps including refund eligibility shall be sent to your registered email address with our app/website. 

c.     The credits or bank transact amount cannot be transferred or moved/shifted to any other account registered with our website/app. If, found in any condition, that the receiver is unable to accept the payback in terms of credit or bank transfer, the same process shall be treated as bogus by the company and this will result in you receiving zero payback on return from our end.
